A few of you may know that from the age 6-17 I lived in a small town in Arizona called Fort Mohave. When you grow up in a tiny town, your close friends quickly become family and I am so lucky to have met Kevin and Amy Arbogast (the master minds behind the Two Three Eight Zero Airbnb) almost 10 years ago.
We were stoked to be able to experience the chic industrial property that they built. They are incredibly creative and we are so proud of them for rocking this project from beginning to end.
- 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
- Welcomes up to 7 guests
- 2,200 square feet of garage to park your car, boat, off-road toys and more.
- Self check-in via door keypad
- Patio with charcoal BBQ
- WiFi (yassssss)
- TV’s in the living room + all bedrooms.
As soon as I walked in this stunning steel + wood staircase caught my eye. At the bottom hangs a vintage style mirror above an entry table. On top of the table is where you will find the holy grail (WiFi password) and a tote in case you stop by the farmers market or drive down to the river.
Kyle and I are both coffee drinkers, especially right when we wake up. We have stayed at a few rentals before where they provide a coffee machine, but no coffee (or they provide coffee, but no cream or sugar, haha.)
Amy and Kevin have you fully covered for your morning cup of joe. There’s plenty of mugs, sugar, creamer, and even tea. If you’re a java junkie like me, then you will appreciate that they also have a french press as well as a traditional coffee maker so you can make a full pot.
From the kitchen to the bedrooms, it was obvious that the Arbogast’s Airbnb was designed with the guest’s needs in mind. Each bedroom has a TV as well as a comfortable mattress, windows for natural light and ceiling fans.
I know many of you have never even heard of this small town and are probably thinking “what’s there to do?” Don’t worry, Kevin and Amy have suggestions and local spots featured on their Instagram as well as in their welcome notes! I’ve also added a location map below so you can get an idea of where it’s located.
After the first night, we woke up refreshed and both agreed that the linens and pillows were just right. This cozy Airbnb has everything you need and can be used for a short weekend stay, photoshoot, or even hosting a fun family dinner.
We are already looking forward to our next visit and can’t wait for our friends and family to experience this diamond in the desert.
